Flue Pipe UK Ltd (www.fluepipeuk.co.uk) uses a variety of carriage methods for all carriage of goods to and from our Manufacturing Suppliers. This results in a fast reliable service. Please note the following:
Flue Pipe UK Ltd has a maximum carriage charge of £20.00 (inc VAT) for standard UK wide delivery on a 2-3 day lead time from supplier basis and a maximum carriage charge of £45.00 (inc VAT) for non standard delivery to isolated areas and Northern areas of Scotland on a 3 - 5 day lead time from supplier basis. Island areas please phone for a quote
- All weights quoted for goods are approximate and cover packaging and volume of products for delivery along with multiple packaging
- If goods are not required then they must be returned using a tracked and signed for carriage method at the consumers own cost and there is a 20% of order value restocking charge for all returned goods. All returned goods have to be in a resalable condition for this process to take place.
- Refunds are given on the above conditions and costs are deducted accordingly.

Your right to cancel
a) Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (as amended), if you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel the Contract for the purchase of the Goods and Services within 7 working days of the date upon which you agree to be bound under the Contract. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.
b) Unless we agree otherwise with you in writing, you will not be able to cancel the Contract of sale and delivery under this clause once the performance of the Delivery Service has begun by Flue Pipe UK. Further, if you agree to our performance of the Services before the expiry of the 7 working day period noted in clause (a), above, you will not be able to cancel the Contract under this clause.
If, subject to clause (b), you exercise the right of cancellation set out in this clause (a), you should notify us via the enquiry web page on the Website.
